My Background

I hold a B.Ed.Des a, where I specialized in Multimedia Design, focusing on web design and UI/UX. My journey in the professional world laid the groundwork for my understanding of both creative and operational aspects of projects.

Professional Experience

As a Global Project Manager at Israeli lead High tech college, I oversee the operational progress of global projects, primarily related to CRM and learning systems. My role involves implementing new work procedures, ensuring alignment with C-level executives, and conducting user testing for new developments. I pride myself on my ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye on financial reports and project outcomes.

Also I served as the Director of Sales, where I developed strategic plans to expand our customer base and led comprehensive training programs for new hires in international markets. My experience also includes motivating sales teams and fostering relationships with corporate partners across Europe and Asia.

I possess strong problem-solving abilities and time management expertise, complemented by a robust work ethic. Fluent in Hebrew, English, and Russian, I effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
